Wikipedia is irritating me

Well.  Not Wikipedia, but some of the deletionists.
Now they want to delete the article on Tharizdun, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tharizdun

So. Anyone know of some good 3rd party (not TSR or WotC) references?
I have a stack of magazines to go through, but I am running on fumes now.
Could use some help on Night Hag as well.

Gah. I am so tired of the "deletion" crew on Wikipedia. They go around acting as if there's a limit on the space available, when there is no such practical limit. Wikipedia used to be a great place to go to find relatively obscure information about niche subjects, but now there are a crowd who are trying to reduce the functionality of the site. That one guy in the AfD discussion, "THAT TIME IS NOW OVER!" Fuck that guy. Wikipedia has become a place where a few people are trying to control the discussion across the culture, and they are able to do so because they have stacked the deck to make it possible.

The funny thing is, I've been noticing that fewer and fewer people seem to reference, or even start at, Wikipedia than used to do so. Heck, almost the only times I go there anymore are when Google pushes me toward it.

What a strange situation.

The article has a ton of third party resources supporting the continued viability of the character and his inclusion in fourth edition as a major bad guy seems to only reemphasize his importance to the hobby. To remove him simply because he . . .

You know, it's times like these that I wish there was an actual administrator at Wikipedia that you could contact and report the douche bags you're dealing with here. It's clear that there is something personal involved and not that the article should be deleted because it doesn't have a place.
