I am very geeked about this.
DC Adventures is now up for Pre-order at Green Ronin's website.
And if you pre-order at their website, or at your FLGS you can get a code to buy the PDF for 5 bucks.
That's not too bad really.
I have seen some of the changes they have made to the system and while I was hoping to see it evolve more towards True20, I am very curious to see how it all works out.
Looking forward to this one and it is one of just a small handful of books on my Gen Con must buy list

while I was exited to hear that this product was coming it got crushed with the new edition.
I really wanted to like this. But im not up for another set of books. I got enough 1e and 2e books to last.
While I think GR does what is best for their products, most the changes in the system from the design journal just seem like they want to distance themselves from the d20 system, and that is it.
I hear ya.
My regular GM and I (the other Rhonin that posts here) we talking about this tonight.
We have a ton of Superhero games now; a few bough within the last 6-7 months. I am not sure when/if/how we can work one in, let alone many.
I will pick this up. I am a huge DC fan (more so than Marvel) and I like M&M.
Moving away from the d20 is not all that bad, but it is what made them their bread and butter so I hope they don't stray too far.
I'm really excited about this. DC Comics is my favorite comic publisher and I've got a special place in my heart for its characters. I named my son after Nightwing (Grayson).
Mutants and Masterminds is definitely in my top five favorite roleplaying game list, possibly even the top three. Of the changes I’ve seen, I like them and honestly a lot of the distancing I see from d20 just involves renaming and slightly altering things, so I don’t think it’s going to ruin the game. Maybe they don’t necessarily need a new edition, but I understand why they’re making one, since DC wants it’s “own” game.
