Why haven't they been sued?
ReplyDeleteShippy has been doing this shit for years, and no one has ever truly challenged him. He even published his own edition of Tunnels & Trolls and Flying Buffalo really didn't do a damn thing about it. He tried to sell printed copies of Mazes & Minotaurs, and finally stopped when Oliver got involved. The art thievery is despicable. The bottom line is that no one has the funds to take this shit-bag to court. He is exploiting our hobby and our gaming community. Why anyone buys his products is beyond me...
ReplyDeleteI could imagine people buy print copies of Mazes & Minotaurs because the creators refuse to make them available. And I'm guessing most wouldn't know about the art theft issue.
