Comment Moderation?

It seems that Google wants me to turn on comment moderation.  I have tried to turn it off since I am not a fan of moderation.

Still figuring it out.

    I did Not even know that they had done so to mine.... do not know "how" to remove is .... sorry

    For some reason the "CAPTCHA" is on. I prefer it off.
