Today is my birthday!
The great thing about being this age is I am pretty much at the point where if there is something I want I go out and get it. So all I asked for this year was some time to play some D&D with my kids.
But someone needs a gift.
To celebrate this and recently reaching 1,000,000 hits I want to thank you my loyal readers.
Here's the deal. I am gong to give away a $5 DriveThruRPG gift car and a $5 Amazon gift card.
What do you need to do to get it?
Almost nothing!
Just post below!
Make sure I have a way of contacting you (email is best) and I'll pick two people at random.
That's it.
Post. Get lucky. Win.
I'll email you and you tell me which of the two prizes you want.
Thanks so much for making the Other Side as much as it has been and here's to the next 1,000,000 hits!

ReplyDeleteThat's pretty cool. 1 mill, a birthday and name on the scoreboard. Happy b-day Tim, I say have a good time, but it sounds like you are already there.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Tim! As a die-hard Cardinals fan, I feel like I should... Nah, it's your birthday, I'll let it pass. :D
ReplyDeleteLord Gwydion: Not sure if you meant me or you, but I AM a huge Cardinals fan! I grew up Southern Illinois and spent many a good time at Busch Stadium. Many a completely drunken time too!
ReplyDeleteThat was the only "Happy Birthday tim" sign I could find in my 5 second search. ;)
But really. The Cubs suck.
Happy Birthday! And congratulations on 1,000,000 hits.

ReplyDeleteSincere happy birthday, man!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday.
ReplyDeleteI stumbled upon the Other Side originally for S&WAD, decided to stay for the witches and reviews/discussions of other games.
Tim, I meant myself. Glad to hear that you're a fellow fan of the Cards. I grew up in West-Central Illinois, where everyone's either a die-hard Cards fan, or die-hard Cubs fan (except that one guy who liked the Mets, no idea where that one came from).
ReplyDeleteI can appreciate the feelings Cubs fans have for their team. But yeah, they suck. :D
Happy Birthday! Do we get to hear about the game with the kids?
ReplyDeleteI hate that I discovered your site from the whole Mystara IP fallout.
ReplyDeleteBUT, I've since read quite a few posts and can see myself returning for more articles!
Happy Birthday!
Lord Gwydion, where are you from?
ReplyDeleteSorcerer Blob, no worries! Glad you found me!
Happy Birthday Professor Tim!
ReplyDeleteI don't have too much time to "craft" as I am creating online, but I believe that any handmade gifts are priceless!
For Father's day, my daughter and I covered inexpensive picture frames with rocks and the saying inside says, My Dad ROCKS!
Enjoy!
Happy Birthday Tim. God bless you and all the best for the rest of 2013.
