It's an endlessly-shifting target that specific definition at the gaming table if it's going to get used at all. And not using it is totally cool.Victor Raymondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05928494560036528653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7913319789564397699.post-75128010030240097922021-10-07T14:17:13.161-05:002021-10-07T14:17:13.161-05:00I've been thinking of some new uses for alignm...I've been thinking of some new uses for alignment in my game, ad it came specifically out of my work with AD&D devils in a recent project...so reading this is kind of a funny coincidence.JBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03263662621289630246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7913319789564397699.post-47338151141967607572021-10-07T12:13:56.759-05:002021-10-07T12:13:56.759-05:00Agreed. ("Detect/Protection from Evil" affects specific types of creatures now, not actual alignment, IIRC.) <br />Alignment is really only used as a role-playing cue. And as much as I love my Law v. Chaos cosmic struggle, getting rid of Alignment altogether wouldn't change much.Josh Burnetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13010068908384481313noreply@blogger.com
